La jerga empresarial, también conocida como lenguaje corporativo, es la recopilación de palabras y expresiones que poseen un doble significado, tanto en sentido literal como en el ámbito de los negocios. Utilizadas de manera adecuada, pueden facilitar la comunicación y mejorar la credibilidad. Aunque, si se usan de manera inapropiada o son malentendidas, pueden tener el efecto contrario.
El estudio encuestó a más de 1551 estadounidenses, que trabajaban en una oficina tanto de manera presencial como remota, para averiguar qué palabras y expresiones son las que les gustaban más y menos. A continuación, se muestran las conclusiones a las que llegó Preply en cuanto a cuáles son los mejores y peores términos de jerga empresarial para usar en el trabajo en el 2022:
