Si eres Startup, puedes participar en el ciclo de aceleración


Las empresas emergentes seleccionadas tendrán la oportunidad de crear iniciativas comerciales e implementar proyectos con una de las 5 principales compañías líder de Experiencia de Cliente del mundo.

Con el objetivo de innovar en el centro de las estrategias de negocio de Atento; proveedor global de servicios de gestión de relaciones con clientes y outsourcing de procesos de negocio (CRM / BPO) y  en Latinoamérica, lanza su programa de aceleración de startups, Atento Next, que acercará a la empresa las startups seleccionadas para aportar aún más innovación a la organización y sus clientes.

Los proyectos deben estar relacionados con:

  • Automatización de back-office
  • Nuevas tecnologías
  • Modelos de servicio
  • Gestión de la experiencia del cliente
  • Inteligencia artificial
  • Servicio end-to-end
  • Analítica
  • Creación de nuevos servicios

Para participar en el primer ciclo de aceleración, las startups interesadas deben registrarse en la página del programa https://atentonext.liga.ventures antes del 29 de noviembre.

Atento Next – Cómo funcionará el programa

Tras el registro en el proyecto, se evaluarán todas las candidaturas y se seleccionarán las cuatro startups con las ideas más innovadoras y que aporten tecnologías disruptivas para mejorar la experiencia del consumidor y, al mismo tiempo, mejorar el rendimiento y los resultados de los clientes de Atento.

Durante el proceso de aceleración de las startups elegidas, los emprendedores recibirán una mentoría exclusiva que será impartida por los principales líderes de Atento, donde tendrán la oportunidad de desarrollar proyectos junto a la compañía, buscando sinergias y explorando oportunidades de negocios.

Estas startups tendrán la oportunidad de trabajar en una oficina dentro de las instalaciones seleccionadas de Atento, donde tendrán contacto con inversionistas, ejecutivos y otras startups de la red.
